Farwell Anyone for Anya

This is my last post as an Anyone for Anya Design Team member as I looking for a change in scenery.  I have had a blast being part of it and have I learnt heaps from the talented DT members of past and present but although it was a tough decision I have decided to move on!

Gee I don't know how I managed a card this week and I must admit that I threw this one together as I have been sooo busy.

It was my daughter's 10th birthday Thursday just gone and we have barely had a break between family and friends visiting to pass on their birthday wishes.....although it has been great to catch up with everyone I am glad it is all over.

One for My Girl!

We are already a couple of weeks in our 'One for the Girls' Challenge at Mad for Markers and my card is for my daughter who is turning the big 10 on this coming Thursday.  This will be a sad but happy day...she will be into those double digits; not sure where the time with my baby has gone!

I should tell you that this card nearly didn't get finished as during the process of making it I spilled a full cup of tea all over my craft desk and to some miracle the card was the only thing that did not wear it!

Also my daughter is always telling me to "stop putting things on it or you'll ruin it" so I have not gone overboard with the flowers and embellies on this one!
