Happy Birthday Jack!

When I saw that Anyone for Anya? had the sensation prize of the Spotlight Stamp set for the lucky winner in this weeks challenge ... I just had to enter! So I whipped up this one featuring Jack from the Creepin' collection. It is similar to something I have already created with a couple of different bits and no patterned paper!
