Celebrate with Cupcake Anya

I made this card really only for one challenge...the Anyone for Anya Colour Challenge as I loved the colours when I saw them!!

While in the process of completing my card I found that it could with not too much (if any at all) altering be eligible for entry into the following

Die Cuts: Spellbinders Circles and Scalloped Circles, Cricut Mickey Font and Walk in my Garden; and Martha Stewart Butterfly punches
Embellishments: Kaiser Gems, Misc lace, Misc Ribbons Kindy Glitz and Cuttlebug Rose embossing folder.
